Catfish Recipes Your Family Will Love

This recipe is quick and easy. It will give you a new taste for catfish.

Catfish Poached

Four cups chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill
Three slices of lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Four pounds of catfish fillets
Pepper to taste
Place the broth, white wine, parsley, dill, lemon and salt in a pan and bring to a boil. After the ingredients boil, place the catfish in the pan and simmer eight minutes.

Serve the catfish with tarter sauce. Can be served with melted butter as well.

This recipe is great for all the cheese lovers in the family. The Cheesy Catfish
Bake is easy to make and does not take long. It is great for a quick meal on the weekends.

Cheesy Catfish Bake

Eight catfish fillets
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
One teaspoon paprika
One egg beaten
One tablespoon milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
Salt and pepper to taste

Pat the catfish dry. Mix the cheese, paprika, flour, salt and pepper together.
Mix the egg and milk in a bowl. Place the catfish fillets in the egg mixture and roll in the cheesy mixture. Place the fillets in a baking dish and pour the butter over them. Place in a 350-degree oven for twenty minutes.

Once you see how good these recipes are, you will want to make them all the time. There are tasty and will please anyone’s taste buds. There are so many recipes, but these are the best. The first thing you need to do is catch the catfish. If you have problems catching them, you can cheat and buy some catfish fillets from a fish market. It is not as fun as catching the big one, but it will do.
