Do you have a good fried catfish recipe?

I have two fried catfish recipes. One is for simple fried catfish and the other is fried catfish casserole, which is very good. For the fried catfish, you will need: Four catfish fillets 1/4 t garlic powder 1 t cayenne pepper 2 t salt 1/4 cup flour 3/4 cup cornmeal Prepare the catfish: Heat the deep fryer to 350 degrees. Mix the garlic, pepper, salt, flour and cornmeal together. Dip the catfish in the mixture and place in the deep fryer. Fry until golden brown. This makes four servings. To make more increase the ingredients and catfish fillets. For the fried catfish casserole, you will need: A couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce Pepper and salt to taste Just enough milk to cover the fillets in the casserole dish 1 stick of butter 2 8-ounce cans of shrimp soup 1 5-ounce can of mushrooms 1/2 cup of sherry 4 tablespoons lemon juice Enough catfish to fill a 2-quart casserole dish Prepare the dish: Catfish fillets need to soak in the milk in the casserole dish for three hours. After the time is up, dip the catfish in flour and brown in the butter in a frying pan. Put into a clean casserole dish. Brown the onion in the butter until limp. Add the lemon juice, mushrooms and only half of the juice and the shrimp soup. Season to taste. Add the mixture to the fish. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve both hot. Make enough because the recipes are tasty and go quickly.
