Is the information on catfish ed trustworthy? I’m trying to find out if their information is updated.

I have looked at the site, Catfish Ed and they have a lot of information about contest or derby’s, lake levels and dam releases. I would have no reason to doubt the information. I notice that there are more advertisements and pictures more so than any fishing facts. The pictures are impressive. I do not believe that the information is untrustworthy; however, I have no way of knowing about anything they advertise. I did clink some of the links and they take you to different sites. The fishing report site takes you to a place that gives that information. I would have to say if you are looking for pictures and fishing reports for those lakes, it is good. There does seem to be a variety of sizes of catfish caught. If you have specific information you are concerned about, I could be more specific. The catfish rigs, tackle and bait are all standard for the most part. Everyone has different ways to fish catfish. I have different advice and so does everyone else. You could check a few other places to see what others have to say, but the derby information is correct as far as I see. You can always check out the local fishing reports and other information by checking with the local bait shops. They are always willing to supply information. Hope I answered your question.
