waht kinda twiter tail do you use to catch cat fish

I have been known to use a Curly Tail Grub. The colors I found to work the best is white and orange colors. It seems like the catfish hit these baits hard. I use a 1/8 ounce jig. There are many others that work just as well, but that is what I keep in my tackle box. I do prefer to use stinky bait more so than the twister bait. It all depends on where I am fishing as to what bait I am going to use. It is always best to have a variety if you travel the fishing circuit. The Curly Tail Grub is also good for walleye and bass fishing, but I found out that I was also catching the catfish on the twister tail. For what reason, I do not know. I was stumped the first time I hooked a cat on the bait, but have since used it a few more times and it does provide some nice sized catfish bites. I also get the walleyes and bass, but then again, I like to fish a variety of fish. I am an avid angler with a taste for every fish. Nevertheless, the Curly Tail Grub is the one I use with luck. You could probably use some other types, but that is going to be a hit and miss situation. That is the only way to find out what is going to work for you. Every area and water condition is different and requires different bait.
